New Year, New goals

Its now 2015 and its been forever since my last race.  Forever!  However, I am back on my grind, and my 2015 fitness goals are in full effect.  I am eating healthy, watching my weight and getting into full running shape.  I am looking forward to doing upcoming 5K's, 10K's, half marathons and a full marathon this November.  Thinking about running again or trying to do a race for the first time?  You can do it!  Always remember, you are stronger than you think!

Great race!

The We Run For Hope 5K race event was a great success and it was wonderful seeing everyone supporting the event despite the rain. Our first place winner was Kit Fox who ran on the team from Men's Fitness Magazine.  And my son, and other children, ran their best and completed their first 5K race.  Please continue to donate to SHARE Cancer Support via: as we continue to honor breast cancer awareness month.

Sign up for our 5K race! You can do it!

Its approaching soon...the We Run 5K Run/Walk on October 4th in NYC for breast cancer awareness and SHARE Cancer Support.  To sign up visit:  Kids ages 5-11 sign up on race day for our kids fun run.  We have group rates for cancer survivors/caregivers, family, friends, and co-workers.
